All services offered by 24-7 ITECH are invoiced as per-incident charges.24-7 ITECH will ensure a resolution or will refund your money less $69.99 within a stipulated time period of 7 days from the date of service rendered. Date of service rendered is the date when the customer first speaks with a technician for receiving support for the original incident. If incident reoccurs within 7 daysof initial service period and 24-7 ITECH is unable to completely fix the incident, then customer will receive a refund less $69.99(diagnostic fee). Customer may not receive a refund if there is another incident that is not of the same origin as the original incident within the initial 7 days period.
24-7 ITECH issues refunds for all problems that turn out to be out-of-scope and problems that cannot be fixed remotely or over the phone. If the customer is not satisfied with the services or if the issue was not resolved, then the customer can ask for a refund within 7 days’ time of when incident was brought to the attention of 24-7 ITECH. 24-7 ITECH offers 24/7 support, and customers can call us anytime throughout the day to get the issue resolved. If the same initial problem reoccurs but after 7 days from the date of activation and the issue cannot be resolved, then 24-7 ITECH doesn’t hold any commitment to refund the money. Money back policy for original problem resides only in the first 7 days of activation.
